Section 11-10-501 - Payment(a) All benefits provided in this chapter shall be payable from the Unemployment Compensation Fund.(b) All benefits shall be paid through Division of Workforce Services offices, in accordance with such rules as the Director of the Division of Workforce Services may prescribe.
