Section 36-1801 - [Repealed effective 1/1/2027] DefinitionsIn this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires:
1. "Administration" means the Arizona health care cost containment system administration.2. "Assisted living center" has the same meaning prescribed in section 36-401.3. "Assisted living facility" has the same meaning prescribed in section 36-401.4. "Department" means the department of health services.5. "Director" means the director of the department.6. "Health care institution" has the same meaning prescribed in section 36-401.7.
