Section 32-541 - [Effective 9/14/2024] Establishment licenses; requirementsA. A person is entitled to receive a license to operate an establishment if the person: 1. Submits to the board an application for an establishment license on a form supplied by the board.2. Pays the prescribed fee.B. The safety and sanitary requirements specified by the board in its rules shall be requirements while an establishment is operating.C.
