Section 32-4258 - Regulation by county or municipalityA. This chapter does not prohibit a county or municipality from adopting and enforcing regulations affecting the establishments, locations or settings in which individuals, entities or businesses engage in the practice of massage therapy.B. A county or municipality shall not impose regulations that are inconsistent with this chapter.
