Section 32-4205 - [Effective Until 9/14/2024] Board of massage therapy fundA. The board of massage therapy fund is established. The board shall administer the fund. The board shall deposit, pursuant to sections 35-146 and 35-147, ten per cent of all monies collected pursuant to this chapter in the state general fund and deposit the remaining ninety per cent of the monies in the board of massage therapy fund.B.
