A. The board by rule, shall establish and collect fees not to exceed: 1. One hundred dollars for application for a license.2. Three hundred dollars for an initial license.3. Three hundred dollars for renewal of a license.4. Three hundred dollars for an application for reinstatement.5. Seventy-five dollars for a limited license.6. Fifty dollars for a duplicate license.B.
