Section 32-3292 - Licensed master social worker; licensure; qualifications; supervisionA. A person who wishes to be licensed by the board to engage in the practice of social work as a licensed master social worker shall:1. Furnish documentation satisfactory to the board that the person has earned a master's or higher degree in social work from a regionally accredited college or university in a program accredited by the council on social work education or a degree from a foreign school based on a program of study that the board determines is substantially equivalent.2. Pass an examination approved by the board. B. A licensed master social worker shall only engage in clinical practice under direct supervision as prescribed by the board.Amended by L. 2013SP1, ch. 242,s. 16, eff. 10/31/2015.
