Section 32-1924 - Licenses; fees; rules; signatures; registration; online profilesA. An applicant for licensure as a pharmacist shall pay the board an initial licensure fee of not more than $500.B. An applicant for licensure as a pharmacist, intern or pharmacy technician shall pay a fee prescribed by the board that does not exceed $50 for issuance of a wall license. On payment of a fee of not more than $50, the board may issue a replacement wall license to a licensee who requests a replacement because the original was damaged or destroyed, because of a change of name or for other good cause as prescribed by the board.C. An applicant for licensure as an intern shall pay a fee of not more than $75. A license issued pursuant to this subsection expires five years after it is issued. The board shall adopt rules to prescribe the requirements for the renewal of a license that expires before the pharmacy intern completes the education or training required for licensure as a pharmacist.D. An applicant for reciprocal licensure as a pharmacist shall pay a fee of not more than $500 for the application and expense of investigating the applicant's pharmaceutical standing in the jurisdiction in which the applicant is licensed.E. All pharmacist licenses shall bear the signatures of the executive director and a majority of the members of the board.F. An applicant to register as a pharmacy technician trainee shall submit with the application a fee prescribed by the board that does not exceed $25. A pharmacy technician trainee may apply for licensure as a pharmacy technician within thirty-six months after registering as a pharmacy technician trainee. A pharmacy technician trainee registration may not be renewed or reissued.G. An applicant for licensure as a pharmacy technician shall submit with the application a fee prescribed by the board that does not exceed $100.H.
