Section 32-1753 - Practice designations; definitionA. A licensee must practice the profession of optometry only as either: 2. A partner with other health professionals.3. A professional limited liability company in which health professionals collectively possess at least fifty-one per cent of the ownership interest.4. A professional corporation in which health professionals collectively possess at least fifty-one per cent of the ownership interest.5. An employee or independent contractor in any of the categories listed in this subsection.B. A licensee must practice only under the name under which the licensee is registered with the board, which may include a trade name.C. For purposes of this section, "health professional" means a currently licensed member of the health professions as defined in section 32-3101.
