Section 30-722 - AdministrationA. The department is designated as the agency responsible for performing any administrative and enforcement duties assigned to this state by the southwestern low-level radioactive waste disposal compact, except those duties specifically assigned to the governor.B. The payment of any monies by this state to the southwestern low-level radioactive waste commission under the compact shall be from an appropriation made to the department that is not a line item in the department's budget.Amended by L. 2017, ch. 313,s. 26, eff. 1/1/2018.
