Section 28-2415 - National guard special platesA. The department shall issue national guard special plates. The director may allow a request for national guard special plates to be combined with a request for personalized special plates. If the director allows such a combination, the request shall be in a form prescribed by the director and is subject to the fees for the personalized special plates in addition to the fees required for the national guard special plates.B. Of the $25 fee required by section 28-2402 for original national guard special plates and for renewal of national guard special plates, $8 is a special plate administration fee and $17 is a national guard special plate annual donation.C. The director of the department shall deposit, pursuant to sections 35-146 and 35-147, all special plate administration fees in the state highway fund established by section 28-6991 and shall deposit the national guard special plate annual donations in the morale, welfare and recreational fund established by section 26-153.Amended by L. 2024, ch. 111,s. 3, eff. 9/14/2024.Amended by L. 2023, ch. 104,s. 3, eff. 10/30/2023.
