Section 28-7313 - Publication section; publisherA. The department shall maintain a section for the publication of the magazine, maps, pamphlets and other descriptive material provided by section 28-7312.B. The director shall appoint a publisher as head of the section.C. Compensation for the publisher is as established pursuant to section 38-611.
