Section 22-602 - Homeless, veterans and mental health courts jurisdiction; judicial officer's authority to adjudicateA. The originating justice court or municipal court shall maintain jurisdiction of a case that is referred to the homeless court, veterans court or mental health court pursuant to section 22-601.B.
