Section 13-2005 - Obtaining a signature by deception; classificationA. A person commits obtaining a signature by deception if, with intent to defraud, such person obtains the signature of another person to a written instrument by knowingly misrepresenting or omitting any fact material to the instrument or transaction.B. Obtaining a signature by deception is a class 1 misdemeanor.
