Section 11-296 - Record of indigent careA. The contractor, or the person in charge, shall keep an accurate written account of: 1. The names of all persons admitted into the hospital.2. The date of admission.3. Their disease or affliction.4. The number of days they remain.5. The date of their discharge, or death.B. A verified statement containing the information required by subsection A of this section, shall be filed by the contractor quarterly with the board, and he shall not be paid for any services until he has complied with this section.
