Section 47.32.080 - Posting; license not transferable(a) A license issued under this chapter shall be posted in a conspicuous place on the licensed premises. Any notice of a variance issued by the authorizing department shall be posted near the license.(b) A license issued under this chapter is not transferable unless authorized by the authorizing department.Amended by AK 2022 Executive Order 121,sec. 87, eff. 7/1/2022.
