Section 39.35.008 - Definitions
In AS 39.35.001 - 39.35.008,
(1) "commissioner" means the commissioner of administration;(2) "plan" means the retirement plan established in AS 39.35.095 - 39.35.680 or the retirement plan established in AS 39.35.700 - 39.35.990;(3) "system" means all retirement plans established under the public employees' retirement system.
