(a) A health maintenance organization shall pay fees to the director as provided under AS 21.06.250.(b) A health maintenance organization shall pay to the commissioner of health fees, as established in regulations adopted by the commissioner of health , that relate to the regulatory functions performed by that department under this chapter.Amended by AK 2022 Executive Order 121,sec. 135, eff. 7/1/2022.
