Section 11.66.135 - Sex trafficking in the fourth degree(a) A person commits the crime of sex trafficking in the fourth degree if the person(1) receives compensation for prostitution services rendered by another; and(2) engages in conduct that institutes, aids, or facilitates prostitution under circumstances not proscribed under AS 11.66.130(a)(2)(D).(b)[Repealed, Sec. 72 ch 1 4SSLA 2017.](c) Sex trafficking in the fourth degree is a class A misdemeanor.Amended by SLA 2017SP4, ch. 1,§§sec.22, sec.72 eff. 11/26/2017.Amended by SLA 2016, ch. 36,sec. 40, eff. 7/1/2016.Amended by SLA 2012SP3, ch. 1,sec. 13, eff. 7/1/2012.
