Section 11.46.320 - Criminal trespass in the first degree(a) A person commits the crime of criminal trespass in the first degree if the person enters or remains unlawfully (1) on land with intent to commit a crime on the land; or(b) Criminal trespass in the first degree is a class A misdemeanor.
