Rule 1 - Appellate filing and docketing fees [Effective until July 1, 2019] The appellate and docketing fees for the district court shall be as set forth in Supreme Court General Order 10-2, which states:
A. For all transcripts and records in cases appealed or certified to the Supreme Court, including certificates, seals and transmission, $70.00 of which $10.00 shall be for court automation and $10.00 shall be for indigent civil legal services and both shall be remitted as provided in Wyo. Stat. Ann. § 5-3-205. B. For docketing a petition for review from an administrative agency, $70.00, of which $10.00 shall be for court automation and $10.00 shall be for indigent civil legal services and both shall be remitted as provided by Wyo. Stat. Ann. § 5-3-205. C. For docketing an appeal from a circuit court or municipal court, $70.00, of which $10.00 shall be for court automation and $10.00 shall be for indigent civil legal services and both shall be remitted as provided in Wyo.
