Rule 12 - Issuance and form of subpoenas (a) Subpoenas may be issued by the presiding officer of the adjudicatory or investigatory panel, his or her designee, the Commission chair, or his or her designee, or the executive director of the Commission. (b) Every subpoena shall: (1) be styled "The State of Wyoming"; (2) state that the proceeding is pending before the Commission or a panel of the Commission; (3) name the judge who is the subject of the matter pending before the Commission or a panel, and contain, in bold type, the admonition that the proceeding is confidential pursuant to the Rules Governing the Commission on Judicial Conduct and Ethics; (4) set forth the text of subdivisions (c) (d) and (e) of Rule 45 of the Wyoming Rules of Civil Procedure. (c) The Commission, on its own or by and through disciplinary counsel, may bring an action to enforce a subpoena in the district court of any county in which the hearing or proceeding is conducted or in which the person or entity subject to a subpoena resides or is found.
