Rule 103 - Office of the Bar

The office of the Bar shall serve as office of the Board and the Committee. It The Bar's Director of Admissions (the "Admissions Director"), acting under supervision of the Executive Director, shall perform all administrative duties for the Board and the Committee, including the administering the UBE and receipt of examination answers; assisting in the investigation of applicants and their qualifications; and preparing minutes, proceedings, certifications and recommendations required of the Board and the Committee by the Court. The Bar shall also perform such other duties as may be requested by the Board, the Committee or the Court.
