Rule 15A.09 - User Responsibility for Compliance with Rules

Use of Credentials shall constitute an agreement by the User to comply with the E-Filing Rules and any filings made under their Credentials will comply with the E-Filing Rules as well as an acknowledgement that the User's email address is current, functional, and capable of receiving Documents served electronically.
