The filing and service of Documents in an E-File Case in accordance with these E-Filing Rules shall constitute compliance with the Rules of Civil Procedure and Rules of Practice and Procedure for Family Court governing filing and service. If a conflict exists between these E-Filing Rules and any other rules or statutes, the E-Filing Rules shall govern.
