Rule LJuCR 7.11 - ADJUDICATORY HEARING INADMISSIBILITY OF STATEMENTS MADE TO JUVENILE PROBATION COUNSELOR(b)Evidence. When a case is set for fact finding, any written report by the juvenile probation counselor prepared for the purpose of disposition on that case shall not be inspected by the Court prior to entry of a finding. The juvenile probation counselor shall not testify at a fact finding hearing as to any facts disclosed or discovered in the course of the social investigation without the juvenile's permission.King Cnty.
