Rule 1.15 C, as amended in 2001, is deleted in its entirety for the reasons stated in the Reporter's Notes to the simultaneous amendment of Rule 1.15 B. Appropriate provisions of the former rule have been incorporated with necessary modifications in amended Rules 1.15 A and 1.15B. See Reporter's Notes to those amendments.
