Rule 20 - Permissive Joinder of Parties

Any interested persons who seek the same action or relief may join in any petition or motion for an order for such action or relief. It shall not be necessary to serve notice of the proceedings upon any person joined as the applicant, petitioner or moving party. All interested persons who have the same ground of objection may join in stating that objection or filing a written reply as provided in Rule 12(a) of these rules.
