(A)Reinstatement. An attorney suspended under Rule 8 may file with the Board a petition seeking reinstatement.(B)Petition. The petition must state with particularity how the attorney has rectified the noncompliance. The petition must be accompanied by a reinstatement filing fee.(C)Board Decision. If the Board determines that the attorney has rectified the noncompliance, the attorney's license will be promptly reinstated. The Board will give the attorney notice in writing of any decision. The Board's decision is final.(D)Notice. The State Court Administrator or designee will inform the courts of the State of Vermont that the attorney's license has been reinstated.Amended Feb. 10, 2020, eff. 7/1/2020.Board's Notes
