Section 14 - Good Standing with Respect to Child Support An attorney is in good standing with respect to any and all child support payable if: (a) (b)
(a) less than 1/12th of the annual support obligation is overdue; (b) liability for any support payable is being contested in a judicial or quasi-judicial proceeding;(c) the person is in compliance with a repayment plan approved by the Office of Child Support or agreed to by the parties or ordered by the court; or (d) the State Court Administrator finds that requiring immediate payment of support due and payable would impose an unreasonable hardship.Vt.
