The executive director shallissue to each person paying said license fee, if such person shall havetheretofore been admitted to practice law in Utah or licensed as a foreign legal consultant or Licensed Paralegal Practitioner by the Supreme Court and not disbarred or then undersuspension, a license in such form as the Board may prescribe, for thelicensure year for which fees were paid, and shall deliver such license to theperson entitled thereto.
