Rule 9.2 - Licensing Requirement(a) The Commission must issue a court interpreter license to a person who: (1) satisfies the requirements of Section 3.0 of these rules;(2) prior to filing an application with the Commission, satisfactorily completes a Commission-approved orientation course of at least six hours; and(3) satisfies the examination requirements of Rule 9.3(b) A license issued under this rule must have a language endorsement for each language that the applicant will interpret.Tex.
