Rule 7.1 - Notice of Late Record

If an official requires additional time to file a record, the official must request additional time from the Court using the form adopted by the Court. See Appendix D ("Official's Notice of Late Record"). Failure to file the record by the due date or according to the Court's directives will result in appropriate court action.
