Rule 10 - REFUND OF CASH BONDS10.1. Unless a notice of appeal is given, cash bond deposits will be refunded to depositors other than the defendant upon final disposition of the criminal proceeding. If a notice of appeal is given, refunds will not be given until a replacement bond has been duly filed with the district clerk.10.2. In the event the criminal proceeding is reversed and remanded to the trial court, no refund or assignment will be granted until a replacement bond has been duly filed with the district clerk.L. R.
