Rule 4.1

Transfers. All case transfers between probate courts in Harris County shall be done on the written order of the transferring and receiving courts. It shall be the responsibility of the attorney representing the party desiring a transfer to obtain the agreement of the judges of the courts from which the transfer is sought and to which the case will be transferred.
