An e-filed document must include the e-filer's email address on the front cover and wherever else the e-filer's contact information appears, in addition to any other information required by the Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure. If the e-filer's email address changes, the e-filer must provide the Clerk and the e-filer's EFSP with the new email address within one business day of the change. If there is a change in the email address of a party who has consented to receive e-service, the party must provide Texas.gov or, if applicable, the party's EFSP with the new email address within one business day of the change. The Clerk may send notices or other communications about a case to an attorney's email address in lieu of mailing paper documents.
