Section 6.05 - False Information(a) The giving of false information or the making of false statements on the application or to the Board shall be sufficient cause for the Board to refuse to allow such applicant to take the examination or to be admitted.(b) The Executive Director, the Board, or any individual member who has reason to believe that any person who has been admitted may have given false information or made false statements to the Board, may report the information to Disciplinary Counsel of the Board of Professional Responsibility.Adopted by Order filed and effective 3/29/2019; amended by Order filed and effective 4/26/2019; amended by Order filed and effective 8/6/2020; and as amended by order filed and effective 10/31/2023.
