Section 9.07 - Denial of License

If the decision of the Board to deny an application is based, in whole or in part, on the failure of the applicant to demonstrate demonstrate compliance with the Character and Fitness Standard in section 6.01, the applicant may not reapply for admission within a period of three years after the issuance of the order denying the application.
