Section 3.01 - Application for Admission by Examination(a) Any applicant submitting an application for admission by examination shall provide evidence in the form and following the process established by the Board that the applicant: (1) meets the educational requirements imposed under sections 2.01 and 2.02 of this Rule;(2) meets the Character and Fitness Standard under section 6.01 required of all applicants for admission to practice law in this jurisdiction...(3) is a member in good standing in all jurisdictions in which the applicant is admitted, if any;(4) is not currently subject to lawyer discipline or the subject of a pending disciplinary matter in any other jurisdiction; and(5) has not engaged in the unauthorized practice of law in this or any other jurisdiction.(b) An applicant for admission by examination shall: (1) file an application for admission by examination in the manner established by the Board and within the time limits prescribed by this Rule;(2) submit a certificate of admission from the highest court of each jurisdiction in which the applicant is admitted;(3) submit a certificate of good standing from each jurisdiction in which the applicant is admitted; and(4) pay the application fee as adopted pursuant to section 11.01 of this Rule.
