Section 9 - Effective Dates of the Rule9.01. The establishment of the program for Mandatory Continuing Legal Education for attorneys licensed in Tennessee took effect on January 1, 1987. This Rule shall continue until such time as the Supreme Court shall determine that its program is no longer in keeping with the Court's responsibility to the legal profession in Tennessee and the public which it serves.
