Rule 200 - Admission to Practice(A) An attorney at law admitted to practice to the bar of this Commonwealth, and who is in good standing, may practice before the Court.(B) An attorney who is not admitted to practice to the bar of this Commonwealth and who seeks special admission to practice before this Court shall cause to be filed a motion for admission pro hac vice pursuant to Pa.R.C.P. 1012.1, Pa.B.A.R. 301 and York R.C.P. 208.3(a). (1) A motion for admission pro hac vice shall be in the form required by York R.C.P. 205.2.(2) A motion for admission pro hac vice shall contain all information required by Pa. R.C.P. 1012.1, Pa.B.A.R. 301, and the information required in 204 Pa.Code Sec. 81.503.(C) An attorney who is not admitted to practice to the bar of this Commonwealth and who seeks special admission to practice before a Magisterial District Justice shall cause to be filed a motion for admission pro hac vice pursuant to 204 Pa.Code 81.501 et seq. and applicable rules of civil and criminal procedure.Amended effective through 4/1/2024.
