Rule 208.2(d) - Motions - Certification Of Concurrence(1) A motion to the court shall contain a certification by the moving party that the party has sought concurrence in the motion from each party and that each party has either concurred in the motion or contests the motion.(2) A motion that is represented to be uncontested shall contain a certification by counsel for the moving party that counsel has conferred with all interested parties, the full text of the motion and proposed order has been disclosed, and that the requested relief is uncontested. A motion which is uncontested and which contains this certification need not be presented in a session of motions court, but shall be presented to the court pursuant to York R.C.P. 205.1 .Amended effective through 8/1/2023.
