Rule 1008 - Appeal As Supersedeas In Landlord Tenant Matters(a) Appeals to the Court of Common Pleas in landlord tenant matters shall act as a supersedeas to the extent of and pursuant to the procedure set forth in Pa.R.C.P. 1008.(b) Motions for relief under Pa.R.C.P. 1008, including motions for release of escrow, shall be presented to the Court pursuant to York R.C.P. 208.3(a).Amended effective through 8/1/2023.
