Rule 1501 - Post Trial Motions Criminala. A copy of all post-trial motions in criminal matters shall be served on the trial Judge after the original has been filed with the Clerk of Courts. All post-trial motions in criminal matters shall be heard by the trial Judge unless he orders the matter transferred to the Argument Court, in which case the trial Judge shall be a member of the Court en banc.b. Briefs shall be filed with the trial Judge if the post trial motions are to be heard by him alone.
