Rule 5000.7 - Hearing By Master. Report(a) The Court Administrator shall schedule any proceedings before the master, and shall cause notice to be provided to all the parties.(b) A record shall be made of all proceedings before the master. Any requests for transcription shall be in accordance with the Pennsylvania Rules of Judicial Administration governing court reporting and transcripts.(c) In an action which has been referred to a master, the master's report shall include findings of fact, conclusions of law, and a recommended disposition of the case.(d) The master's report and recommendation shall be filed, and the Prothonotary shall serve a copy to all counsel of record and any unrepresented party by regular mail.(e) Any exhibits admitted into evidence before the master are part of the court record, and shall be maintained with the official court record in the appropriate filing office.Amended effective 1/1/2022
