Rule 1306 - Report And Award(a) After the case has been heard, the arbitrators shall prepare a report and award, which shall be signed by at least a majority of the board. The arbitration board's award shall be filed with the Prothonotary within 10 days after the day of the hearing or the last adjournment thereof.(b) The Prothonotary shall enter the report of the arbitrators in the docket. If an appeal is taken, the Prothonotary shall notify the court administrator, who shall place it on the next pre-trial list.(c) Upon indexing a report or report and award, the Prothonotary shall give immediate written notice of the report to all the parties, or their attorneys, by regular mail and a copy to the court administrator.Amended effective 1/14/2014 and 1/24/2014.
