(a) Court employees include tip staves, court crier, court stenographer, district court administrator, and secretaries.(b) No court employee shall permit any person to converse with any juror upon any business which the juror may be called upon to act, nor shall any court employee hold such conversation himself or herself.(c) No court employee shall recommend any person as counsel, nor shall any compensation or other gratuity, pecuniary or otherwise, be accepted by any such employee from any attorney or party or other person for any cause whatsoever connected with the business of the court, which shall include hearings and trials.44th Jud.
