Rule 8 - Auditors And Masters(a) The court, on its own motion or on motion of a party in interest, may appoint an auditor or master in any case or matter wherein, in the discretion of the court, such appointment is deemed available.(b) In the event of the appointment of an auditor or master, the court may, by special order, establish rules of conduct concerning the procedures before such appointee, in all areas allowed to be prescribed by Local Rules.
