(a) Unless otherwise provided by statute, the fiduciary shall give notice by: (1) Advertisement once a week for three (3) successive weeks in one (1) newspaper of general circulation published in the county in which the real estate to be sold is located, and if the sale is held in a different county, then also in the county of the sale, and,(2) Handbills, one of which shall be posted at a conspicuous place on the real property to be sold, and at least three others in conspicuous public places in the vicinity of the said property.
