Rule 311 - Pre-Trial Conferences(a) At least fourteen (14) days prior to the date set aside for the selection of juries, the District Attorney shall inform the court of those cases which appear on the trial list in which the defendant is unrepresented by counsel, in order that the court may direct a pre-trial conference be held on the courts own motion.(b) In cases where the defendant is represented by counsel, the court will direct that a pre-trial conference be held, either (1) upon request of the District Attorney, or(2) upon request of counsel for the defendant, or(3) upon the court's own motion.
